BIO

Jayson Veley started his broadcasting career in 2009 with The Junior Factor, a local access television show that he co-hosted with a friend and aired until 2012. Shortly after, he took on a bigger project — launching a network called Junior Factor Nation. The network consists of several different talk radio programs, all hosted by conservatives in their teens and early twenties. His own show, Factor Talk Radio, airs from 7-8 PM on Monday and Thursday nights. Veley plans on continuing with radio after college, hoping to become the next Mark Levin or Rush Limbaugh.

Why is it important that at this particular point in time, right-of-center youth become involved publicly, whether in politics, media, their communities, or another capacity?

Right now, we are seeing our young people being indoctrinated with liberal propaganda like never before. Both the mainstream media and the public education system are conveying a false narrative — that the Founding Fathers were nothing but a bunch of racists, the Constitution is outdated, and America really isn’t the greatest country on earth after all. Once these ideas have been ingrained in the minds of the youth, the whole notion of conservatism is essentially eliminated. The progressives are succeeding in their quest to make things like income equality, socialism, and political correctness “cool” among the youth. That is why right-of-center youth MUST become involved immediately — to combat this indoctrination, which is destroying our future. Now is the time to speak without fear.

What must elected officials and others in positions of leadership do to make a right-of-center message resonate with the Millennial generation?

If there is one thing that I have noticed, it is that young people do not like authority — they don’t like being told what to do or how to do it. This, believe it or not, is the key to successfully conveying a conservative message to the youth. If Republicans in office reached out to the Millennial generation and said “we are the party that believes in staying out of your way,” while at the same time saying “the Democrats are the ones who want to tell you what to do,” I believe that we will see young people abandoning liberalism by the millions. To deliver this message, I think more elected officials should be speaking at high schools and colleges at every chance.

Where would you like to see the conservative movement in 10 years — and how can it get there?

10 years from now, I want the conservative movement to be stronger than ever. I want the values of personal responsibility and liberty to exist in the heart of every American. I want the people to be well aware that tyranny is never more than one generation away, and that freedom must be defended constantly if we are to remain the greatest nation on earth. I also hope that the definition of conservatism is not altered in any way. Right now, we have several Republicans in office who call themselves conservatives, yet stand for things like gun control and amnesty. This is not the definition of conservatism now, and I hope that it won’t be the definition in 10 years.

Heidi addresses Zodiac Killer theory
The crazy conspiracy theory that Ted Cruz is the Zodiac Killer has gained attention from Cruz’s wife. “Well, I’ve been married to him for 15 years, and I know pretty well who he is, so it doesn’t bother me at all. There’s a lot of garbage out there,” she told Yahoo! Heidi also believes such material is […]
Presidential Trump is drowsy
Donald Trump has given America a glimpse of how he’ll lead as president: in a drowsy state of mine. In the latest installment of “On the Road to the White House,” Stephen Colbert discussed Super Tuesday 4 on Wednesday’s The Late Show. Tuesday will eventually be known as “Day 1 Year Zero of Before Trump Time,” Colbert claimed. In […]
Minaj dedicates song to Trump, Biden
During her Tuesday night TIME 100 Gala Performance, Nicki Minaj gave a shout-out to Donald Trump and Joe Biden. Washington Examiner reports that Trump, unfortunately, was no longer there at the time of the performance: “I’m very political, and I would like to dedicate a song, just in the spirit of unity, to Joe Biden and Donald […]
Hillary panders to every demographic
Thanks to Hillary Clinton, Stephen Colbert learned that African-Americans commonly carry around hot sauce, he admitted on Monday’s The Late Show. Hillary recently appeared The Breakfast Club radio show, where she answered she always carries hot sauce with her. When an interviewer said people would say she was pandering to black people, she asked “okay, is it working?” “I […]

Cruz proves he was the wrong anti-Trump candidate
Back on March 1, 2016, Senator Ted Cruz called for Senator Marco Rubio to drop out of the race, saying, “We need to get to a one-on-one battle with Donald Trump,” and that he would prevail over Trump. Two months later, it’s clear Cruz was the wrong #NeverTrump candidate to take on The Donald. With […]
Trump's way to presidency with Rust Belt, youth
If Trump were to win the purple and blue states of the Rust Belt in the general election, all his claims about “winning” might not just be talk, but a path to the presidency. He won those states in the primary, and he believes he can do so in November. Trump’s arguments on trade and industrialization have […]
Van Jones predicts Trump victory [VIDEO]
CNN contributor and former Obama aide Van Jones put out a warning to his fellow Democrats on Friday: Donald Trump is probably going to win the White House. In the Facebook video, Jones credited Trump’s ability to understand and use social media and reality television as well as his appeal to black voters as reasons he […]
Clinton's 'woman card' worthless to young women
While Donald Trump’s recent comments on Hillary Clinton playing the “woman card” may not help him win the female vote should he go up against Clinton in the general election, it’s not because women disagree with his statement. The Republican front-runner has been consistently unpopular among American women, due in large part to his remarks about women like Rosie […]
Sorry Bernie, young people won't vote
For all there is to celebrate about Bernie Sanders engagement with young voters, there’s also a harsh reality: Young people don’t vote. Older voters do, and it may be why Hillary Clinton is still winning despite getting killed with younger demographics. John Stoehr, contributor for U.S. News World Report, claims that “Bernie’s Revolution Has No Future” […]

Harvard study:Millennials can't handle competition
Millennials might be their biggest enemies, as competition among peers drives their anxiety levels higher. To say that they can’t handle that competition, however, would dismiss the reality of millennials in the workforce. Emerson Csorba, writing for the Harvard Business Review, interviewed millennials to find how “the ruthlessness of this comparison” has dominated millennial concerns. […]
Liberal cities: Havens for the rich only
One-party rule in America’s liberal cities has forced an unintended exodus of millennials, the poor, and minorities to affordable abodes elsewhere. The only room available in booming liberal cities requires a person to be wealthy. “Millennials, who are supposedly returning to cities, are actually moving out from the most expensive rental markets faster than any […]
TSA admits they're an 'agency in crisis'
Agents for the Transportation Security Administration face punishment, not promotion, for finding flaws in airport security. “We remain an agency in crisis,” TSA Kansas Security Director Jay Brainard said when testifying for the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on Wednesday, according to The Washington Post. Employees struggle to discuss problems with their superiors, […]
Illinois may offer scholarships to illegals
As many young Americans are having trouble paying for college, the answer from some states has been to also aid those who aren’t even in the country legally. An Illinois House bill, which has already passed the Senate, will allow unauthorized immigrant students to receive financial aid, according to The State Journal-Register.  An estimate 1,500 student would be […]
Elon Musk prefers subsidies over capitalism
Elon Musk is a popular entrepreneur, but he’s also skilled at getting subsidies from the government. Musk is “perhaps the most prominent case of cronyism in modern history,” Veronique de Rugy wrote in Reason. Socializing risk and privatizing profits has been routine for Musk, even though his wealth is estimated at $14 billion. “He has […]
