Why is it important that at this particular point in time, right-of-center youth become involved publicly, whether in politics, media, their communities, or another capacity?

It’s important at this particular point in time that right-of-center youth become involved, because we are at a pivotal point for the future of this country. We can set the right-of-center agenda for generations to come. It is ultimately up to us to amplify the conservative message of economic opportunity and individual responsibility.

What must elected officials and others in positions of leadership do to make a right-of-center message resonate with the Millennial generation?

What’s great about Millennials is that they are motivated, passionate, and driven. And we are just as dedicated to making a way for others as elected officials and other leaders. Those in power need to recognize and use Millennials as collaborators and establish long-lasting partnerships with us, to have a lasting impact socially and serve as an economic engine.

Where would you like to see the conservative movement in 10 years — and how can it get there?

I would like to see the conservative movement be truly representative of the demographics of the United States, in order for it to be an engaged and dynamic party. We need bring a wide range of people together from every race, gender, and background, uniting them around the core American values of freedom and opportunity.
