Robert Diaz-Arrastia is a Fellow in Foreign Affairs at the Millennial Policy Center. His research focuses on Cuba-U.S. policy, institutional and economic development, foreign policy, and risk management. Robert is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.A. in International Studies focusing on politics and diplomacy in Latin America and obtained his Master of Global Affairs from the Baker Institute and School of Social Sciences at Rice University.
