Everyone knows that MSNBC pushes a more liberal agenda, often times highlighting stories that make conservatives look bad and liberals look good. However, when they tried to find hate crime stories, all they got was blowback.
“If you have been the victim of a hate crime or witnessed someone else being attacked, tell us about it here,” MSNBC tweeted on Tuesday.
Almost immediately people started tweeting about the race-based terrorist attack that left three white men dead in Fresno, California earlier that day.
@MSNBC I'd like to report a hate crime that just occurred in Fresno CA. 3 caucasian people were targeted for the color of their skin by Mr Muhammad— Matt Penna (@matthewjpenna) April 18, 2017
It’s just a hunch that the liberal network wasn’t looking for hate crimes committed against white people, but tweeting it out just a few hours after a black man targeted and killed Caucasians shows their level of tone deafness.
Others started trolling the account, claiming that hunting for this kind of a story was asking all sensitive snowflakes to comment on every instance where they’ve been offended.
@MSNBC I wore a Trump shirt to breakfast one day and was insulted by unhinged liberals. Does that count? Should I have asked IHOP for a safe space?— Scubadog (@guitarist2013) April 18, 2017
@MSNBC You could start with BLM, Antifa, and then go international with it in Egypt and Coptic Christian slaughter.— Clyde Sheldon (@ClydeSheldon1) April 18, 2017

@MSNBC Does that include the hate sponsored and committed by Soros and Antifa?— Rev. Jack Howell (@jackhowell55) April 18, 2017
