Chuck Gray is the youngest current member in the Wyoming State Legislature.

In his first term, he finished first in the Principles of Liberty scorecard for the Wyoming State House, receiving an award for this achievement at the Western Conservative Summit in Denver.

He was the lead sponsor on House Bill 182, the first pro-life bill to become law in Wyoming since the early 1990s. This law requires that a doctor offer a woman who is pursuing an abortion an opportunity to view an ultrasound. The bill passed both houses of the state legislature and was signed by the Governor. Chuck was present for the signing along with members of Students for Life, who he worked with to build momentum for the legislation.

He has been a voice working diligently to control state spending and opposing efforts to increase taxes.
In the state legislature, he serves on the Agriculture and Mineral Committees.

Chuck is also the host of two radio shows Monday through Fridays in Casper—both shows advance conservative principles. First, he hosts Wyoming Mornings with Chuck Gray from 7-9 AM on KVOC AM 1230 the Voice of Casper. He also hosts the Chuck Gray Show from 4-5 PM on KVOC AM 1230 (and also from 5:15-6:15 on Melody 94.5 FM). This show focuses on local, state, and national politics.

Chuck graduated in 2012 with a BS from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. For conservative columns he wrote while writing for the campus newspaper The Daily Pennsylvanian, he was a Top Five Finalist for the Coolidge Prize for Conservative Journalism in 2013. He was the youngest Top Five Finalist and the only nominee from a college newspaper.
