Jason Ross is a proud Eagle Scout and the current Chairman of Massachusetts Alliance of College Republicans, the largest youth conservative organization in Massachusetts. Jason has grown the organization from 12 to 22 active chapters with well over 2,000 members statewide, and has helped countless college republicans in Massachusetts get jobs and internships on campaigns and other political causes. A political science major at Bridgewater State University, Jason maintains a 3.3 GPA and is the only member of his class in the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honors Society, as well as the American Political Science Association.

Jason first got politically involved by helping State Representative Geoff Diehl’s campaign, who helped defeat the automatic gas tax in Massachusetts and is now one of the republicans running against Senator Elizabeth Warren. Jason has since helped out many candidates including Jeb Bush, Ted Cruz, and Donald Trump in the Presidential election; and has met privately with Senator Bob Dole in Washington DC to learn how to be an effective leader. Jason is a proud NRA member and led the first pro-2nd amendment protest outside the Massachusetts State House when Attorney General Maura Healey proposed the unconstitutional “copycat” assault weapons ban.

Jason and his efforts have frequently been featured on television and radio where he is standing up for college republicans and his political beliefs; some of these shows being NPR, the Howie Carr Show, the Michele McFee show, Fox 25, and NECN. Jason is also a frequent speaker at Citizens for Limited Taxation’s monthly meetings, a group that Mitt Romney, Senator Scott Brown, and the late Andrew Brietbart have all spoken to; and Jason has been hailed a rising star by many GOP activists within Massachusetts. Jason currently interns for Massachusetts Fiscal Alliance, a group that “advocates for fiscal responsibility, transparency,  and accountability in state government and increased economic opportunity for the people of our Commonwealth.”

Jason’s vision is to increase the amount of youth involved in politics, especially in the Republican Party.
