Comedian Dave Chappelle is making a comeback to TV, but first he had to get something off his chest about the Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

Prepping for his Saturday Night Live hosting debut on November 12th, the 43-year-old comedian has been making a series of surprise shows at the The Cutting Room in New York City and used the opportunity to rip into Hillary and even defend Donald Trump on Friday night.

According to the Observer (who were in attendance), Chappelle slammed Clinton for her role in leaking a clandestine recorded conversation between Donald Trump and Billy Bush.

“What I heard on that tape was gross,” Chappelle told the audience. “But the way I got to hear it was even more gross. You know that came directly from Hillary.”

While he said that Hillary was “not right,” he voted for her anyway in Ohio early voting (he and his family live in Yellow Springs, OH).

He really didn’t feel good about voting for her though, likening it to a hypothetical situation in which actress Halle Berry breaks wind in his face during sexual relations, saying, “I’m still going to go for it. But, I wish she hadn’t done that thing.”

The Screwed star continued, “She’s going to be on a coin someday. And her behavior has not been coin-worthy. She’s not right and we all know she’s not right.”

The creator of the sketch comedy hit Chappelle’s Show went on to stun the crowd by doing what very few comedians do, defend Trump. He took issue with the media declaring that the recorded conversation between Trump and Bush was sexual assault.

“Sexual assault?” Chappelle questioned. “It wasn’t. He said, ‘And when you’re a star, they let you do it.’ That phrase implies consent. I just don’t like the way the media twisted that whole thing. Nobody questioned it.”

Chappelle continued by comparing Trump to the Terminator, saying, “That would have devastated anybody else.”

He admitted that Trump won him over due to his handling at the debate following the tape leak, telling the crowd he wasn’t too fond of Anderson Cooper and Martha Raddatz’s biased approach.

“Something about this was backward,” the Half Baked star said. “A gay white man and a white woman asking a multi-billionaire how he knows the system is rigged and insisting it’s not. Does that sound right to you? It didn’t seem right to me. And here’s how you know Trump is the most gangsta candidate ever. They asked him how he knows the system is rigged and he said, ‘Because I take advantage of it.’ He may as well have flashed his membership card for the Illuminati right then.”
