What’s worth a millennial’s time? Taking a good selfie, apparently. It must be why they spend one hour a week on them. That means it takes seven minutes for the selfie, as a study from Now Sourcing and Frames Direct showed.
As the study declared, “millennials ruled the selfie.” Some other simple stats include how 55 percent of millennials share their selfie on social media. But, 24 percent of Gen X do as well, and even 9 percent of Baby Boomers.
But still, millennial do rule the selfie in how they may take 25,700 selfies in their lifetime.
The study even gives some tips on how to take the best selfie.
Think of what else could be done in seven minutes. And then think about how young people are using that time to take a selfie.
