The 67th Emmy Awards, which honor television, aired last night. During his monologue, host Andy Samberg quickly delved into politics.

Samberg’s comments about a diverse pool of nominees segued into racism. Jokes about Donald Trump then predictably followed:

Donald Trump, of course, is running for president, to the delight of uncles everywhere. But I’ve gotta say, sure, Donald Trump seems racist. What else?

Keeping with the political theme, Samberg then made a crack about Bernie Sanders when he asked “is it just me or does he always look like his flight is delayed? The guy’s a mess.”

Samberg saved his most blistering comment for Kim Davis though, the law clerk who has been refusing to grant marriage licenses to same-sex couples in Kentucky:

Paula Deen is on this season’s Dancing with the Stars. But I gotta say, if I wanted to see an intolerant lady dance, I would have gone to one of Kim Davis’ four weddings. It’s so ironic that she came out of jail to Eye of the Tiger when you consider how many dudes have boned each other to that song.
