Anticipation for a new Kanye West album has led to activism, as fans appealed to President Obama to take executive action.

Time reported that a White House petition called for a mandated album release on Aug. 21 because “Kanye West has kept us thirsty for too long” and “his producer Mike Dean has been teasing people about” it.

While this is one executive order from Obama that would objectively improve American culture and society, the petition was removed for violating the Terms of Participation.

For antsy fans desiring the release of the album, titled “Swish,” not even the American government can aid them.
