Man wears ‘I Have Drugs’ T-shirt, actually arrested for drug possession

Well, he wasn’t exactly subtle.

A 50-year-old man was wearing a T-shirt that read, “Who Needs Drugs?” in big letters and “No, Seriously, I Have Drugs” in smaller letters beneath it, when cops allegedly found him with a bag of actual drugs in a Kmart in Hudson, Florida, according to TampaBay.com.

According to the arrest report, John Balmer was in line at Kmart when a deputy walked in. Balmer saw the deputy and tried to hand a “bag of green leafy substance” to the person behind him. That person did not take the bag.

He then walked to the cash register, put the bag on the ground and paid for his items, TampaBay.com reported.

Store workers told deputies about the bag and they discovered it contained marijuana and methamphetamine.

Balmer is hardly alone in his criminal stupidity.

A woman wearing a “I heart crystal meth” shirt was arrested for possession in November and a man was captured in an ironic “Go Directly to Jail” Monopoly shirt in his mugshot back in October.
