This is Morgan Freeman’s voice on helium

This is funny simply because it’s Morgan Freeman, the man whose voice has the depth of Death Valley and the smoothness of a newscaster.

The video is from the Science Channel’s “Through the Wormhole,” Entertainment Weekly tells us, which returns June 4. To get an idea of what’s going on here, EW writes, “There’s hugely no compelling reason for him to do this in the segment, it doesn’t demonstrate any kind of scientific principle, he just does it while talking about strange situations in science.”

Happy Friday, and good luck trying to not watch this 15 times in a row.
