Democratic presidential candidate already running campaign ads for 2016

Look out Joe Biden, another Democrat has already thrown his hat in the ring for the 2016 presidential race, and he’s already running campaign ads on TV.

Lee L. Mercer, Jr. of Texas has reportedly started running a TV commercial spreading his campaign promise to create “a new computerized government that will run the office of the President of the United States with a computer.”

According to the ad, “Lee L. Mercer, Jr. of Houston, Texas is announcing his campaign for President of the United States in 2016 as a Democrat to save America with Intelligence Management Education.”

The commercial also spells out Mercer’s political platform.”He is campaigning a Special Election Government Platform New Neutral Developed Intelligence Second U. S. Government that was patented in 2000 by the U.S. Department of Justice and Defense research and development testing.”

This patent is reportedly a computer government Mercer invented that he hopes will become the “new computerized government that will run the office of the President of the United States with a computer.”

Mercer’s ad also claims Congress also granted Mercer the title of “Conservator President of the United States
with power of attorney.”

Unfortunately for Mercer, that title does not actually exist.

This isn’t Mercer’s first time at the presidential rodeo. He ran in the past two elections as well and boasts raising $900 million for his 2008 presidential campaign, although there is no evidence to support that claim.

Mercer thinks that by getting in the game early, he’ll be able to raise even more money this time.

If Mercer sounds like the candidate for you, check out his website for his 2008 campaign. He states on the site that he wants to run for president to “prove that you need to pay the American Citizens before I die.”

The candidate could not be reached for comment at the time this article was published.
