New RNC Ad Shows Obama Supporting Redistribution of Wealth
The Republican National Committee released an ad Wednesday morning that features a video clip from President Obama’s 1998 appearance at a conference at Loyola University where he allegedly said, “I believe in redistribution [of wealth].”
It jumps immediately from this clip to his other more famous quote of, “you didn’t build that…somebody else made that happen.”
Mitt Romney jumps in at the end of the video with the line from his Republican National Convention speech, “Is it any wonder that someone who attacks success has lead the worst economic recovery since the Great Depression?
Check it out here:
The video is another solid jab at Obama, but it better be the beginning of a long series of well-crafted ads if Romney hopes to gain momentum going into the Presidential Debates which start next week.
Since the release of the secret videos showing Romney stating that he is not going to worry about the 47 percent of people who will not consider giving up government dependency, his numbers have dropped slightly in the polls.
It is too early to tell whether he has done significant damage to his election chances or not, but he is going to need a solid message from here on out if he wants to win this election.
