A well-known U.S. congressman is taking the No. 2 route when it comes to Barack Obama’s likability, claiming the president is feeding the nation a “cr-p sandwich” and “a load of you-know-what.”
The comments from Rep. Allen West, R-Fla., came Saturday during an appearance on Fox News with Neil Cavuto, and can be seen near the two-minute mark in the above clip.

As the election approaches I like many others wander what the consequences of a Republican win might mean to our lives.
The economy will be a mayor problem for whoever is leading the country. The next president might be faced with the prospect of a European deepening recession that will send our economy into a tail spin or a dramatic slowdown of the Chinese and Indian consumption frenzy that would damage exports and the economy in unforeseen ways. How about another possible war in the middle east? These and other external circumstances might prevent a recovery in the US. No president democrat or republican can prevent the many global issues that can rake havoc with the job creation plans of either party in the next few years.
One thing is for sure though:
If the republican party wins the white house and a few more seats in Congress we all will be faced with federal regulations that will affect immigrants, women, students, the environment , Wall Street, PBS, Nasa, you name it, they will balance the budget on the backs of the middle class. Do you like your mortgage deduction? Probably gone in 5 minutes.
The number of social issues that Mitt and Paul would put their finger into is mind boggling. Make no mistake about it, the job market might or might not improve but the quality of life we are used to will diminish with every social change they make.
What about Social Security and Medicare? No guessing here, they will be gutted or diminished.
Student loans, Pell grants, the whole education budget would be slashed, the department of education abolished.
Prescription medicine, especially for women, will suffer drastic changes.
Forget about immigration reform, we will have changes that will be so draconian as to end immigration for most if not all.
We will give our kids a world of unprecedented insecurity. Fend for yourself will be the message and the reality for millions of kids just starting out now.
Student loans will be more expensive and in most cases not available. “Borrow from your parents” could be the new reality.
Insurance companies will drop the neediest. Forget about insuring your kids that live at home into their 20”s (like mine).
Take back America indeed!
