Smart Girl Politics held their annual Smart Girl Summit this weekend in Alexandria, Virginia and one of Saturday afternoon’s speakers was Breitbart columnist Brandon Darby, who discussed ways in which the Left wing organizes and operates.
He spoke based on his experience infiltrating the radical Left wing of America, and highlighted his commitment to allowing all Americans to peacefully assemble.
Darby began his presentation by showing the group the trailer for the upcoming film Occupy Unmasked, for which he has secured a distribution deal and will appear in theaters later this summer. The film takes a look at the Occupy movement, and reveals their motivation, goals, and those who are really behind the movement.
He shared insight about his past as a Left-wing organizer with conference-goers, in order to expose some of their tactics. Darby now works to protect Americans against these attacks, such as infiltrating and shutting down shareholder meetings, because “I believe that Americans have the right to assemble whether I do or do not agree with them,” he said. “That’s not something that everyone in this country believes.”
He also told the conference that a material difference between the Right and the Left is that the Right disavows extremists, while they on the Left “gather around and they focus and they support their crazies, because their crazies are an integral part of what they do.”
He explained how liberals are tricked into believing that they are involved in peaceful activities while they are really being used to cover up illegal behavior and incite the police. While this is a theme of the Occupy movement, it is far from a new tactic. Activists have unwittingly been used in this manner for decades.
Darby ended his speech by sharing that there is going to be a new story breaking soon on Breitbart.com… a story that will expose the Department of Justice for covering up illegal activity. The SGS crowd was eager to see what the story would entail.
