‘Obama Ate a Dog’ Video Tops the White House Correspondents Dinner

We’ve already reported Jimmy Kimmel’s top one-liners of the night, but the highlight of the evening belongs to President Obama’s portion of the White House Correspondents Dinner.

Buzzfeed’s Andrew Kaczynski posted video of the fake Romney Super PAC ad played last night as the President attempted to get the last laugh the ‘War on Dogs’ meme that has plagued the 2012 campaign for the past two weeks.

In a slam on Mitt Romney’s claims that he has no control over pro-Romney Super PACs, Obama pretended to be outraged by the fake, negative ad.

“Of course I know everyone is predicting a nasty election and thankfully we’ve all agreed that families are off limits. Dogs, however, are apparently fair game” Obama said. “And while both campaigns have had seem fun with this, the other day I saw a new ad from one of these ‘outside groups’ that frankly I think crossed the line. I know Governor Romney says he has no control over what his super PACs do, but can we show the ad?”

Can we all just agree now that the dog fight is over?
