Comparison of Romney’s new tax plan with Gingrich’s and Santorum’s plans

Mitt Romney’s revamped tax plan was released today. I have summarized it here and did a comparison to Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich’s plans. In addition to the new rates, Romney piggybacks on Santorum’s manufacturing push by strengthening and making permanent the R&D tax credit for manufacturers and innovators.
