‘Occupy’ CPAC Scheduling Fail

Guests at CPAC’s Criminal Justice Reform panel were unpleasantly surprised by two Occupy Wall Street demonstrators who took the stage with a large banner stating something to the effect of “disenfranchisement is racism.”  One confused panelist quickly defused the situation by announcing, “I think you just occupied the wrong room.”

The demonstration was meant to disrupt the CPAC panel addressing Voter-ID laws to be held immediately afterwords.  The protesters, however, didn’t bother coming back for the voter-ID panel.

  1. Hi there would you mind letting me know which hosting company you’re utilizing? I’ve loaded your blog in 3 completely different browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot faster then most. Can you recommend a good hosting provider at a fair price? Thank you, I appreciate it!

When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Many thanks!

Superb site you have here but I was wanting to know if you knew of any user discussion forums that cover the same topics discussed here? I’d really like to be a part of community where I can get advice from other knowledgeable people that share the same interest. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks!
